So there is probably a problem with the setup of your PC. What you could do is: - First, verify the tar ball signature (see also http://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual/x135.html). - Try to build the same Net-SNMP 5.5 source tree on another PC. - Reinstall Cygwin on your PC.
