agent snmpTargetAddrEntry.c & snmpTargetParamsEntry.c

Hi all,

I am trying to implement config trap destination API using combination of
snmp target mib and snmp notify mib.

I have an snmp agent compiled without these two mib support. To add these I
copied net-snmp-5.4.2.1/agent/mibgroup/target/*.c
code and in my dlmod app calling init_snmpTargetAddrEntry(). The compilation
and execution works fine without any errors
but at the end, agent reports no such object for any query on target table.

Any hint what am doing worng.
