	My server already have perl.

HOLVUX1:# perl -v

This is perl, v5.6.1 built for sun4-solaris-64int
(with 48 registered patches, see perl -V for more detail)

I suspect that's because snmpconf is a perl script and you don't have
perl installed at the path that the script is trying to use.
