  Quick scan through your config files didn't reveal anything obvious to
me.

  I still think that snmpd is not the cause of your interface statistics
dynamics.  I suspect the underlying drivers have changed behavior.

  Again, what specific MIB elements changed observed behavior between
different OS versions?
