No, I do not.
The 'service' approach is usually unique to the OS distribution you use, and
is not (directly) related to Net-SNMP.

Doing a google search on mips64 & octeon shows me an entry for Montavista.
Are you using their distribution?  I used it in a product about 7 years ago
and at that time... it didn't support/have a 'service' concept/utility.
You had to manually 'kill' the app and then restart it.

If you are using a newer version that does have it... great.
If you are using a different distribution... you will have to investigate
what you
have available it it yourself.
