Very likely.
I'd expect snmptrapd to translate OIDs to names automatically
(as long as the MIBs are available, naturally).

Try running the 'snmptrapd' command using the option '-OS' (or '-Os')
That should override the snmp.conf settings, and display OIDs by
name  (with or without the MIB module information)
