If that's a complete list of the contents of this directory,
then it looks as if this particular Ubuntu distribution only
ships the Net-SNMP-specific MIBs  (but not the standard set).

This is probably a query that needs to be directed to Ubuntu,
as it relates to how they are packaging the Net-SNMP tools
(rather than the MIBs that we ship in our source tree, or the
standard binary arrangements)
