thanks. that's what i needed to know. it's a pity that this
package wasn't mentioned in /etc/snmp.conf where it mentions
that the mibs are no longer included. that comment makes the
user think they are on their own when it comes to obtaining
mib files. actually, it's a pity it's not automatically
installed as a dependency of the snmp package. it's not even
a recommended or suggested package for the snmp package.
