Please also note that the problem only happens for a 2-dimensional
table ie. where the last 2 digits in the element's OID uniquely
identify the element-

eg. enterprises.28458.7.2.4.6.3.1.8.1.2

  -1.2 are the last 2 digits. In this case, '1' is the slot number and
'2' is the port number.
