Firstly - you didn't originally say that the agent was crashing.
Just that it went from Reserve1 to Free.
  So that's the first problem to try and solve.
Let's stick to one problem at a time, please

Secondly - could you please provide the information that I asked for:

Hmmm...   that's really not much use.
We need to know the actual SNMP command that is being generated.

Can't you try using the Net-SNMP command-line tools to create the row
first - see if you can get things working that way first.
*Then* try using MG-Soft to do the same thing.
