Thanks Dave,

Stripped a lot out of snmptrapd.c and added my own trap_handler_callback()
function and it prints traps out to the console.

For anyone else looking for a stripped down version of snmptrapd.c to build
from, see here - http://pastebin.com/2ZxVLUPP

There's probably more to get rid of but at least it's working.
