snmpd doesn't response from compiled source.

Hi All.
After removing net-snmp rpm package. I compiled and installed snmp from
source.
But the compiled snmpd( in /usr/local/sbin/snmpd ) doesn't response any
pdu when executing snmpget( in /usr/local/bin ).
I opened wireshark but there is only request, no response.
I compiled, installed and executed as the following steps:
1. ./.configure && make && make install
2. snmpget -v2c -c public 127.0.0.1 sysDescr.0
but there is no response, and wireshark on lo interface only shows get
request packet.
What causes this problem?
