Agentx master agent failed to respond to ping

Hi all,

I am using net-snmp 5.4.2.1 on RHEL 5.3 64 bit platform. Recently I moved
one of my mib table to sub-agent which connects master agent on tcp:705. But
while doing a walk on that table the sub-agent dies by outputting below
messages:

*AgentX master agent failed to respond to ping.  Attempting to re-register.
..
..
NET-SNMP version 5.4.2.1 AgentX subagent connected
..
..
agentx subagent dies
*
The sub-agent handles only one snmp mib table. There is even not much load I
just did snmpwalk. Any idea why its failing, I checked memory leaks and
loopy code but seems everything perfect and the same mib table module was
working pretty well with master agent.

Anyone observed this kind of error before? I checked osdir archive there was
similar problem observe in snmp version 5.0 but guess its resolved but now
with 5.4 why I am getting the same error?  Please suggest some thing...
