RE: reduce snmpusm/snmpvacm size

Do you refer to "How can I reduce the memory footprint", such as using "
--disable-debugging"?
I have tried it when trying to reduce snmpd size.
Does it also affect applications?
Is there a way to add flags for the application compilation but not to
snmpd?
