inheritance of MAX-ACCESS

Hi,
in a MIB file
A is an object whose MAX-ACCESS is NOT-ACCESSIBLE
B is another object and it is son of A. Its MAX-ACCESS is READ-ONLY
The question is: Is B accessible?
