Because your snmpget did not specify the full OID, its missing the
index value of '0'.
You should have used (just like the snmpwalk returned):

snmpget -c my_comm -v 2c nsp.web-ster.com .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.27.1.2.1.1.0
