This is done when you first set up the user in the agent (using 'createUser'
in the snmpd.conf file).   This specifies the authentication and encryption
passwords for that user
   See the 'snmpd.conf(5)' man page, and README.snmpv3 for details.


Alternatively, this can be done by "cloning" an existing user, and then
changing the passwords - both of which use the 'snmpusm' command.
