Re: Installing Net-SNMP from source.

Hi Dave,

Sorry to bother you again, but I couldn't find a reply to my question 
below and wanted to know if you knew how to make the setting change 
permantent?   Do I need to re-compile Net-SNMP or just update a file 
somewhere on the server?

Thanks for  pointing out the cache setting, it was right on the
money!!!  I wonder why no one else knew about this when I asked it a few
months back?

Last question, do I need to re-compile and re-install NetSNMP to make
this setting permanent?  I tried setting it with snmpset but it wasn't
persistent after rebooting?
