support for using net-snmp lib under Win32 OS

Hi, 
i want to do a simple program written in c to get values of mibs of a
switch.
I have done it under Linux os and it works very well:
I need help to use library writing the same program under Win32 and
MinGW.
I have installed net-snmp-5.5.0-1.x86.exe and configured the path of OS.
But I don't know how to set up it to use netsnmp.lib
