If you need to know which libraries to use (and the other
in which they should be specified),  please use the
command

    net-snmp-config --netsnmp-libs

(for client applications),  or

    net-snmp-config --netsnmp-agent-libs

(for agents or subagents).

You wouldn't normally use the 'netsnmptrapd' library,
unless you are coding a trap receiver.
