help on win32 lib

Hello, I want to use netsnmp.lib in my C application under Win32 and
MinGW.
I have done it under Linux and it works very well (using libnetsnmp.a).
I want to do a simple program written in c to get values of mibs of a
switch.
Could somebody help me?
