mib2c error

Hi, I have a mib file DatronIridium-mib.txt and I put the mib file in
/usr/local/share/snmp/mibs directory.
But when I use MIBS="+DatronIridium-mib" mib2c -c mib2c.scalar.conf
datronAntenna,
I have got error "Cannot find module (DatronIridium-mib): At line 0 in
(none)"
