Have a look at the code under agent/mibgroup.
There are various examples of different approaches to MIB
implementations - using both v4 and v5-style handling.

Alternatively, have a try with the various mib2c templates
and look at the code that's produced.  The FAQ has some
basic guidance as to what sort of situations each template
is suited for, and what the differences are.
