Windows 7 and net-snmp configuration

Hi, I have downloaded ucd-snmp-4.2.3-win32 and unpacked it. I found in the subdirectory ucd-snmp-4.2.3-win32\usr\bin the *.exe files and in ucd-snmp-4.2.3-win32\usr\mibs the mib files. What I can't find are the snmpd.conf, the snmp.conf and the snmp.local.conf.
