There's not really an easy way to do this. It would normally be handled by information from the AGENTX-MIB, but the Net-SNMP agent doesn't implement this MIB, so that doesn't help you much. You could try walking the NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB::nsRegistry and look for entries that mention "agentx". This would at least allow you to identify which areas of the OID tree are handled by AgentX subagents. I'm not sure whether you could identify individual subagents though.
