Save immediately sysName and friends without versionSavePersistentData.0

I know Net-SNMP doesn't save sysName and friends immediately when a new value has accepted. I know it saves those variables on shutdown or when versionSavePersistentData variable is set to 1. I'd like to change this behaviour and save sysName and friends immediately after setting them. How can I reach this goal?
