Thanks for the quick response. It looks like it has built now. What was 
the perl/NetSNMP.xs file doing that caused it not to build?

At the end of the build process, it is now failing some of the tests 
causing the Perl script to crash as follows due to MIB files not being 
found in the MIB search path. I'll try and see why it didn't find modules 
such as SNMPv2-SMI (see below) even though SNMPv2-SMI.txt is in 
directoryR:/cots/net-snmp/net-snmp-5.7/mibs:

        cd ..
