Yes.

mib2c is written in perl, and uses the modules SNMP and NetSNMP::OID
Without these two modules, it cannot parse the MIB files.


I've had a quick look at the information you provided, and I cannot
immediately see any details of what is going wrong with the perl build.

What I suggest is that you remove the file 'perl/NetSNMP.xs' and try
again.   If this still fails, then please post the error message to the list.
