You need to specify the full instance
  (just as you're doing with the OID being monitored)

Try

    monitor -r 300 -I -u public nra2Tomcat
        -o nsExtendOutLine."nra2TomcatCheck"
           nsExtendResult."nra2TomcatCheck" != 0
