Installing snmp5.7 on windows 2008 R2

Hello, I was able to compile and install the 5.7 binary on my windows 2008 R2 machine using CYGWIN. The windows snmp service is installed on the machine but not running. How do I add net-snmp as a service on Windows so I can start and stop from there? Also do I need to modify anything to be able to start the net-snmp service on the windows machine. At present it doesn't like the command snmpd.exe.
