Hi,

I guess there is currently no way to tune these parameters to make them user
configurable via snmpd.conf file or through a CLI.

I guess you may have to tweak the net-snmp source code a bit to make these
parameters  configurable as per Cisco CLI. ( Assuming you already have a CLI
which can communicate with Net-snmp )
