Net-snmp service crashes on start

Good Morning,

After running net-snmp for a few months with no problems, I have suddenly 
started having an issue where Net-SNMP service has crashed and immediately 
stops when I attempt to restart.

I have made no changes to Net-SNMP,  and only the normal patching, etc on 
the system.

The system this is running on is a windows xp 32-bit system).

No errors are being generated in the event logs, can someone point me to a 
starting point for troubleshooting this?
