My immediate reaction is to look at why you need to re-implement the DisMan tables within your subagent. If this is just so that you can send out a custom trap (rather than the standard mteTrigger* notifications), then this can probably be handled using the existing implementation. Have a look at the "notificationEvent" config directive, and the '-e' option to the "monitor" directive. Otherwise it might be worth outlining in a bit more detail, exactly what your local re-implementation is needing to do.
