Hi Dave,

the agent is vendor-supplied. Same Versions on both systems:
	-bash-3.2# rpm -qa | grep snmp
	net-snmp-devel-5.3.2.2-14.el5_7.1
	net-snmp-5.3.2.2-14.el5_7.1
	net-snmp-libs-5.3.2.2-14.el5_7.1
	net-snmp-utils-5.3.2.2-14.el5_7.1

Also the config options look the same:
