Note that if a given MIB file is not shipped at part of the Net-SNMP distribution, then it is very likely that the Net-SNMP agent does not implement this particular MIB. Extending the agent to report this information typically involves writing additional code to include within the agent. See the FAQ and tutorials on the web site for more details.
