Net SNMP Notify Filter Profile Table is not implemented properly in Net-SNMP..5.7.1.

*Hi All,
    
1. Attempt to create a row in snmpNotifyFilterProfileTable  with 
incomplete information, set is success in Create and Go.

snmpset -v 2c -c venki 172.16.8.100 
SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB::snmpNotifyFilterProfileStorType.65.66.67 i 2 
SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB::snmpNotifyFilterProfileRowStatus.65.66.67 i 4
SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB::snmpNotifyFilterProfileStorType.'ABC' = INTEGER: 
volatile(2)
SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB::snmpNotifyFilterProfileRowStatus.'ABC' = INTEGER: 
createAndGo(4)
[root@pactprov cli]#

2. Attempt to create a row in snmpNotifyFilterProfileTable  with

 Now not able to modify status to active, Instead of success 
Inconsistent value is coming.

[root@pactprov cli]# snmpset -v 2c -c venki 172.16.8.100 
SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB::snmpNotifyFilterProfileStorType.65.66.67 i 2 
SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB::snmpNotifyFilterProfileRowStatus.65.66.67 i 5
Error in packet.
Reason: inconsistentValue (The set value is illegal or unsupported in 
some way)
Failed object: SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB::snmpNotifyFilterProfileRowStatus.'ABC'

[root@pactprov cli]#
