Error installing net-snmp-5.6.1.1 on Solaris 8

Hello,

 

I’m trying to  install net-snmp-5.6.1.1 on a Solaris 8 machine.

 

bash-2.03# uname -a

SunOS 5.8 Generic_108528-25 sun4u sparc SUNW,UltraAX-i2

 

I have the PATH:

 

bash-2.03# echo $PATH

/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/ccs/bin:/usr/bin

 

I execute ./configure and it seems to finish correctly.

 

Then I execute make and give me next error:

 

making all in /tmp/NET-SNMP/net-snmp-5.6.1.1/agent


make: Fatal error in reader: Makefile, line 376: Unexpected end of line seen


Current working directory /tmp/NET-SNMP/net-snmp-5.6.1.1/agent


*** Error code 1


make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `subdirs' 

 

The gcc versión is:

 

bash-2.03# /usr/local/bin/gcc -v

Reading specs from /usr/local/lib/gcc/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/3.4.6/specs

Configured with: ../configure --with-as=/usr/ccs/bin/as
--with-ld=/usr/ccs/bin/ld --enable-shared --enable-languages=c,c++,f77

Thread model: posix

gcc version 3.4.6      

 

I don’t know why is the cause of this error.

 

Can somebody help me please?
