two questions about forcing a cache reload (the get request) :
1) Does the cache handler still have to be registered in the
initialize function?

2) To call reload the table (with the cache routine) in a the get
request, is it better to keep a global netsnmp_tdata pointer in the
module, or to use the netsnmp_tdata_extract_table(request);

table_data =
netsnmp_tdata_extract_table(request)
