   $ man snmpd.conf
      :
        trapsess [SNMPCMD_ARGS] HOST
              provides a more generic mechanism for defining
notification destinations
              SNMPCMD_ARGS should be the command-line options required for an
              equivalent snmptrap (or snmpinform) command to send the desired
              notification. The option -Ci can be used (with -v2c or
-v3) to generate
              an INFORM notification rather than an unacknowledged TRAP.
