Hello,

as far i remember some times ago i asked the same question but there was no
sufficient solution for my problem.

How it is possible to store those values permanent after a power cycle
without any shutdown script or kill operations on snmpd.
I know those values stored within file /var/net-snmp/snmpd.conf after a
reboot.

Is there a possibillity or a hook in order to store those values after the
snmpset request handled and not until a reboot.

A further problem is how it is possible to handle sysLocation self in order
to do some operations after an snmpset was handled?
Can i reimplement the handling of sysLocation? Should i set the specific
configure option --with-out-mib-modules="sysLocation".

Norman
