snmp_log with LOG_ERR for success case (Created directory)

I see snmp_log with LOG_ERR for success case (Created directory).

File name:snmplib/system.c
Function name: mkdirhier

            if (mkdir(buf, mode) == -1)
            {
                free(ourcopy);
                return SNMPERR_GENERR;
            } else {
                snmp_log(LOG_ERR, "Created directory: %s\n", buf);
            }

Is this expected?
