extend funtionnality with Disman monitor

Hello
i have a problem with the extend option in the snmpd.conf. I want extend the agent snmp with severals custom scripts and i want to use the disman module.
i have the following lines in my snmpd.conf
extend ailias_1 /opt/myscript
monitor -r 300 -o nsExtendOutputFull -o nsExtendResult "name_m" nsExtResult 0 1
but i want send another information : the index name of the entry in the extend table. i know that the nsextend table is indexed by the name but i want send this information in the line "monitor" like this :
monitor -r 300 -o nsExtendName -o nsExtendOutputFull -o nsExtendResult "name_m" nsExtResult 0 1
but the nsExtendName Object doesn't exist.
Is there another possibility ?
Why the option name has she not been kept ? (like into the exec table)
