Errors using pre-built binaries on Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64)

Hello,

Has anyone had any luck getting the 64-bit version 5.5 running on
Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64)?

I've installed the 64-bit versions of OpenSSL 0.9.8x and the
VC++2008x64 redistributables. I've added the Windows SNMP feature.
After installing v.5.5 (adding both windows extension dll support and
encryption support), I tried to register the agent and saw that
snmpd.exe stopped. I also got an "IISUTIL.dll not found" error.

I reinstalled v.5.5 (adding only encryption support) and still get an
issue with snmpd.exe stopping. I run from the command-line and get the
following message: Error opening specified endpoint "".

I don't have the software to build a 64-bit 5.6.1.1 binary.
