wrong trap oid is displayed

Hi, When a topology change occurs , a trap is sent. Topology change notification ID:1.3.6.1.2.1.17.0.2(Bridge MIB) I see that the trap sent from agentx to manager has the oid wrongly displayed . >From agentx the correct oid is sent as 1.3.6.1.2.1.17.0.2 But in /var/log/snmp.log the oid is seen as : 1.3.6.1.2. 17.0.2 <<<<<<<< .1 is missing --------------- tail -f /var/log/snmp.log: 2000-01-01T01:33:11.782+0000 info: snmpd[20982]: TRAP2: SNMPv2-MIB::snmpTrapOID.0 = OID: SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.17.0.2 -------------------- The same oid is displayed in snmptrap also : 1.3.6.1.2. 17.0.2 <<<<<<<< .1 is missing Any suggestions how this can be rectified ?
