How to translate a OID *and* its value?

Hello list,

   this problem has been asked a zillion times before, I think. But
I can't find the answer anywhere.

I want to translate this:

.1.3.6.1.4.1.232.6.2.9.3.1.5.0.2 = INTEGER: 1

into this:

CPQHLTH-MIB::cpqHeFltTolPowerSupplyStatus.0.2 = INTEGER: noError(1)

How would I do this? Using snmptranslate, I can translate the OID
but not the value part. And the value part is of interest also since
an integer can mean different things for different OIDs...

Thanks, kind regards, Edgar.
