yes, I stoped the agent. I created a v3 user, and it can be used for "walk". but after I restarted my device. The user was missed.I knew nothing about this. Was the agent running when you ran "net-snmp-config" ? The way that this command works, you need to stop the agent before creating the user, and start it again afterwards.
