net-snmp setup issue

Hello Dave,
I have installed net-snmp 5.7.1 in my system. After that
I wrote a C module (using mib2c). It is working good as a subagent.
But When I am restarting "SNMPD" agentx disconnects and reconnects after
15secs.
What I suppose to do to add it as a master agent? Is there any way? Or only
thing I can do is to uninstall & reinstall it with "% ./configure
--with-mib-modules="module" "
