SNMP startup error...

I have placed binary of snmpd on /usr/local/sbin/  and also

I have placed snmpd.conf on both /etc/snmp and  /usr/local/share/snmp,

I have copied all dependency to the needed location..

But can't recognize such warnings/errors...
