Need the summary of tables and scalars supported in RFC 4293

Hi,

I want to know the tables and scalars which are supported in RFC 4293
(IP-MIB). Currently I am using net-snmp 5.6.2 version which has RFC 4293
implementation.

I found a document (attached) which has all the summary of tables supported
in RFC 4293 for Brocade. Page no#: 81

Can anyone give a standard document for the same which has all the tables
and scalars summary?
