'proxy' directive -- forward requests to self.

Hello,

We are in the process of implementing a monitoring solution using snmpd (net-snmp) and version 3 of the protocol. Our environment (a bunch of Ubuntu servers) is locked down and access is very limited through an edge device (an Ubuntu server).

Our edge device runs a snmpd that
1) proxies requests to other servers in the environment using proxy directive and contexts as selectors (see http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Snmpd_proxy)
2) also provides information about itself.

I would like to ask whether it is possible for the proxy snmpd to forward the requests to itself using a specific context. For example,
proxy -Cn ctx_localhost -v 3 -u MD5DESUser -a MD5 -A "PasswordA" -x DES -X "PasswordX" -l authPriv localhost .1.3

Any pointers will be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.
Venkat
